About the Program
Our Graduate Program is designed to groom the next generation of renewable energy leaders. Through structured rotations, mentorship from senior leadership, and hands-on project experience, graduates will gain a deep understanding of the renewable energy ecosystem and the strategic operations of Tyler Hill Renewables.
Responsibilities
- Participate in rotational assignments across key departments: Strategy, Operations, Finance, Business Development, and Engineering.
- Assist in real-time project execution and decision-making processes.
- Conduct market, competitor, and policy research to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sustainability-driven projects.
- Present findings and business insights to the leadership team.
Requirements
- Recent graduates (0–2 years of experience) with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, Business, Renewable Energy, or related fields.
- Current graduates pursuing CA or recently completed CA.
- Passion for clean energy and sustainability.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated leadership or initiative through academics, internships, or extracurriculars.
