How we work?
Our project managers guide each project from origination to completion and commissioning. We follow a stage gate approach to project management, progressing through project phases sequentially to de-risk and prioritise the most viable opportunities, while maintaining the ability to adapt to emerging situations.
Being involved through all stages of development and build gives our project managers a uniquely informed position in handling all aspects, from risk mitigation, stakeholder management, contractor negotiations etc. This level of oversight and close coordination between different teams, allows for rapid response to issues and removes reliance on external parties to resolve those issues.
By standardising requirements, we improve project quality and efficiency. We work with established contractors who meet our stringent safety, quality and environmental standards, ensuring projects deliver on programme and budget.
